    【学术简介】
    河北大学物理系激光专业毕业获学士学位(77级),北京工业大学材料物理与化学专业博士研究生毕业,获博士学位。19997月晋升教授。现任江南大学理学院光学工程专业教授,硕士生导师。长期从事半导体光电器件与材料的研究工作,主要研究内容为无机、有机太阳电池和LEDLED太阳模拟器装备的研发等。主持和参加过省部级和科技部重点科技攻关项目、国际合作项目及企业横向课题的研究工作。在一区、二区期刊发表论文多篇。
