报告内容:Flocking is a form of collective behavior of a large number of interacting agents with a common group objective. Any systems involving a feedback control will almost certainly involve time delays. A time delay arises because a finite time is required to sense information and then react to it. This paper is to study the flocking dynamics for Cucker-Smale model with time delay communication rates. For some linear consensus models, we provide explicit asymptotic value for velocity in terms of the initial data, constant time-delay and exponential convergence of velocity dynamics toward the asymptotic value.
