【学术简介】

博士,教授,博导,纽约大学访问学者Interdisciplinary Sciences: Computational Life Sciences青年编委,Computational Biomedicine编委,中国生物工程学会计算生物学与生物信息学专业委员会委员,中国计算机学会生物信息学专业委员会通讯委员。主要科研兴趣是智能计算与复杂网络、生物信息学。发表第一(通讯)作者SCI 论文40余篇;授权发明专利及软件著作权共20多项;主持完成2项国家自然科学基金、2项“863”重点项目子课题、多项横向课题;参与科技部“重大仪器专项”、“863”项目、国家自然基金、江苏省科技成果转化专项资金A类重点项目等项目;获得教育部科技进步奖二等奖(第三完成人)、中国石油和化学工业联合会科技进步一等奖(第二完成人)等奖项。主持江南大学本科教育教学改革研究项目1项,江南大学研究生教育教学改革研究与实践课题1项。
